Michael is married to Jennie and they have three children, Lauren, Emma and Matthew. Michael grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and was a Youth Pastor for 12 years, before moving to Cartersville and starting Oak Leaf Church in 2006. He loves football and has a seriously strong dislike for baseball.

Tracy is married to Brian, whose bio you can read below because he’s also on staff at Oak Leaf Church. They have been married for two years and live in Cartersville with their dog, Toby. Tracy came on staff as Michael’s assistant in July 2008. Her day mostly consists of keeping him organized and sane so he can best lead Oak Leaf Church.

Brian is over all the day-to-day operations of Oak Leaf Church. This includes finances, the database, volunteer teams, facilities, etc, etc. He has intense focus and gets things done. Everyone tries to stay on his good side since he approves all of our purchases.

Jody is from South Florida and is a crazy Dolphins fan. He is married to Heather and they have three children. As Discipleship Pastor, Jody follows up with guests and helps them become partners, coordinates Oak Leaf University and Oak Leaf Small Groups.

Will runs out of gas once a week and keeps all of our meetings interesting with his sarcasm. He and Jamie have been married for about ten years and have three boys. Will is over all things production, which includes set design, video, service planning, etc.

Rebekah and Matt got married just a few months ago and they live in Rome. She has a huge heart for children and families, so her role as Children’s Director is perfect for her. She graduated from Berry College, where she majored in Family Studies.

Emily joined our staff in May after serving with Oak Leaf Kids for two years as a volunteer. Her primary role is to communicate and manage Oak Leaf Kids volunteers, as well as provide support for the Children's Director. Emily is married to Mike and they have two kids, Caeleb and Amber.

Helen is a pretty awesome lady. She and Harry have been married for almost fifty years, and they have three children and five grandchildren. She stays busy answering the phone, talking to everyone who walks in our doors during the week and helping Brian with operations.

Mache has been on staff for three years as the Bookkeeper. She has recently graduated with a degree in Accounting. She and Keelan have been married for three and a half years and are expecting their first baby in February!

Matt and Sara have been married since June, and they live in Kennesaw. He leads the Oak Leaf Church worship team and is the primary worship leader every week. Matt loves playing flag football, so much so that he even has his own set of flags in his car at all times in case a group of people are standing around and decide to start a game.

Russon was our Church Planting Intern during the summer of 2009, and after working as the Discipleship Pastor for half a year he is now Student Ministry Pastor. Russon coordinates the weekly student service and manages student small groups. On his first day at Oak Leaf, we made him clean out closets and he still stuck around.
