Oak Leaf Kids is the environment designed just for preschoolers and children and is open during each service. Your children will have fun while learning about Jesus, and you will be able to attend the service. Parents are welcome to check in as a guest and observe their child’s class. Each environment is staffed with adults who care for children and will provide excellent teaching and care.

We are really excited about the curriculum we're currently using in our Oak Leaf Kids environments. For preschool kids we're using First Look and for Elementary Kids we use 252 Basics. Both of these curriculums have great resources for parents to use to reinforce at home what their children are learning at church. Those resources can be found by clicking the links below.
Preschool Parents:
The bottom line for the month is “God Loves Me.” All through the month of July, preschoolers will be learning Isaiah 1:17 (NIrV) “Learn to do what is right.” Through the adventures of Daniel and Joseph in the Bible, they will discover that God loves them no matter what.
You can download a Small Talk Card that gives you information on each of the week’s stories. Also, the card has specific ideas on how to reinforce the lesson at home. We encourage you to take advantage of play time, bath time, car time and bed time as unique opportunities to let your child know that you love them and that God loves them. Elementary Parents:
Building on last month’s virtue of Responsibility, the City kids will focus on Service as their Virtue of the Month. They will answer the question, “What in the world are you doing that’s more than you have to do?” Over the course of July, they will memorize Ephesians 6:7 (NIrV) and will be able to come up with all types of ways to serve others around them. We encourage you to participate as a family in service projects and coming up with ways to serve others. We would love to see the entire family serve at one of Oak Leaf Church’s Second Saturday projects on July 10th!
You can download a Fridge Door Card that gives you information on each of the week’s Bible stories. Also, the card has specific ideas on how to reinforce the lesson at home. Additionally, we have a GodTime card available for your child to use as a weekly devotion, deepening what they learn in the City.
There are four God Time Cards (one for each week) for the month of July. Week 1. Week 2. Week 3. Week 4.
