The House of Rock is available for use.
In addition to housing worship services on the weekends, Oak Leaf Church is making the facility available to the community. The main auditorium has seating for 500+ people and features a state of the art sound, lights and video system. It also includes a full-service coffee shop that serves high quality coffee, espresso based drinks and soft drinks.
The facility can be used for public or private concerts, weddings, parties, benefits, etc. Nonprofit organizations may qualify for a 25% discount in rental fees. Our community partners can utilize the facility for free.
In order to reserve any part of the facility you must fill out the Request for Facility Use Form.
The following areas are available:
The Auditorium
The auditorium (approximately 7,000 square feet) has seating for 500 people, which includes the high top tables around the room. There is no additional fee for using available approved equipment and furnishings in the House of Rock.
Equipment includes:
(375) folding chairs
(6) 6’ folding tables
(15) high top bar tables
(75) bar stools
The auditorium is equipped with a full sound system, including a 64-channel Midas Verona soundboard with a separate monitor board on stage. There are 18 intelligent lighting fixtures and 4 LED fixtures that can be programmed for your event. The stage is 30’ x20’ with handicap access. There are two 16:9 ratio screens with video projectors. Detailed specs on equipment is available as needed. Access is also available to the green room, adjacent to the stage, complete with a sink, refrigerator and ice machine.
The City
“The City” is approximately 1,100 square feet and is decorated with elementary children in mind. Sound, lights and video area also available in this room. It can be used on its own, or in conjunction wtih other rooms.
The Coffee Bar
For a nominal fee, The Coffee Bar can be open during your special event, providing catering arranged in advance or simply open for business. The Coffee Bar is also available to cater your special event. Contact jennie@oakleafchurch.com for more information on Coffee Bar catering.
Other Rooms
There are several preschool rooms in The House of Rock that could be used for childcare. Rooms are typically outfitted with kids furniture and age-appropriate toys. Rooms are of various sizes can be assigned based on the number of children in your event. These rooms could also be configured for breakout sessions or other meetings.
