Systems in a Church Plant

One of the things I enjoy talking about in my coaching network is systems. I think most of the problems we face in leadership are the result of faulty systems, or systems that need to be tweaked. So I’m really pumped about the opportunity to talk about this in a breakout at my favorite church planters conference.

I’ve attended church planters each year, and I really do think it’s the best conference out there for church planters. It’s February 22-23 at Mountain Lake Church, just north of Atlanta. It’s affordable, and the speaker lineup is incredible.

In my breakout session, I’m going to talk about creating healthy volunteer, finance, and decision making systems. These will be things that we’ve learned on the ground and things that I think will help you a great deal.

Register for the conference. You won’t be sorry.
