Five things for you today…

1.  Anthony is looking for a few more people to be one of the 30 mighty men.

2.  We had a great time on our staff retreat in Chattanooga.  We got a lot of work done and made some big decisions.  I can officially verify that Mitch is crazy.

3.  I have not been impressed with any of the summer movies.  The last good movie I saw was Iron Man.  I have high hopes for The Dark Knight, which I think will be great.  All the other movies I’ve seen have been dumb (Indiana Jones) or average (the Hulk).

4.  This weekend, we are finishing up the Joshua series with a bang. And the next weekend will be one our most important Sundays ever (and also our last Sunday at Woodland).  Then, on July 20, we return to the movie theater and kick of a series called SuperNatural.

5.  This post from Nelson is great.  If you’re a volunter at Oak Leaf, you should check it out.
